Caught in the Throat enshrines that which is left unsaid between loved ones. Animated on an infinite loop, the work imagines a moment where an expression of tenderness and regret is almost shared. The barely-perceptible attempt at communication, rendered as the slight opening of the jewelry box, only registers on the most delicate of measuring tools. The letter remains unwritten.
